Wij zijn jong (van geest), lachen veel, doen leuke dingen met vrienden en collega’s, en nemen-naast onze drukke, intensieve baan-altijd voldoende tijd om te ontspannen.aAs a team, we live life to the fullest. We are young (at heart), laugh (a lot) and do fun things with friends and colleagues. We have – and love – our dynamic job, but we make sure to take time to relax as well.

When you have already gained solid experience within (executive) search, business development, account management or hospitality, you can start as a (senior) Consultant at LIME. You will be in the lead and get responsibility for your own portfolio right away, but off course we will actively invest in your development in the areas you might be able to grow as well.
LEMON focusses on developing young talent (up to 3 years of experience) towards executive search level. Next to internal and external training, you will get a lot of coaching “on the job” to make sure you are able to take the lead while having backup and start building up your own network.
