As Finance Business Partner, you will be at the center of this transformation, helping leadership teams turn data into insights, improve decision-making and drive sustainable growth.

In this role, you work directly with the Finance Director Healthcare & Life Sciences and become a key force behind the continued growth and professionalization of the business line. Operating across 21 companies in Europe, Healthcare & Life Sciences is entering an exciting phase where scale, acquisitions and increasing complexity require stronger financial steering. You will bring structure, insight and challenge, helping leadership teams understand performance drivers, identify opportunities and make better strategic decisions.
As a trusted sparring partner to the Finance Director, Healthcare leadership team, Commercial Director, Regional Finance Managers and Group Finance, you operate at the center of the business and the wider Normec finance organization. You connect local performance with group objectives, translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and challenge stakeholders on growth, profitability, efficiency and scalability. You help ensure that finance is not only reporting on performance but actively shaping the decisions that drive the business forward.

A key part of your mandate is building the next generation of finance within Healthcare & Life Sciences. You will drive improvements in transparency, data quality, reporting and standardization across 21 companies, while helping create scalable solutions for future growth. From advancing Power BI capabilities and supporting the implementation of Microsoft Business Central to leveraging AI and improving cash flow visibility, you will take ownership of initiatives that fundamentally improve how the organization operates.
With continued expansion and new acquisitions joining the platform, you will play a critical role in integrating businesses, strengthening processes and creating a finance environment that can support further growth. This role offers broad exposure, significant ownership and direct interaction with senior leadership.

•    5–8 years of experience in a finance role with a strong analytical and business-oriented component (e.g. Business Control, FP&A, Financial Control or a broad finance role); 
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights; 
•    A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements; 
•    Experience with improving processes, reporting, systems or ways of working; affinity with digitalization, automation and AI is a plus; 
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge in a constructive way; 
•    The ambition and potential to grow towards broader finance leadership.
