Domino’s Pizza is one of the largest and most successful pizza chains worldwide, operating a highly advanced quick-service platform where digital ordering, logistics and store operations come together at scale. Within the Benelux, the company is the clear market leader with a mature network of over 500 franchise and corporate stores.
As the market matures, the focus shifts from pure growth to disciplined performance: improving store economics, strengthening franchise profitability and making more data-driven expansion decisions. This increases the need for sharper financial steering, stronger insights and a more forward-looking finance function, placing the Senior Business Controller Benelux at the center of how the business is steered.
You report directly to the CFO Europe and operate at the center of financial and commercial decision-making across the Benelux. Together with the other Senior Business Controller, you are responsible for steering performance across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You work closely with Country Leadership, the EU Performance Manager and key budget holders, bringing structure, challenge and clarity into discussions on performance, investments and operational priorities. A key focus is to further develop finance into a proactive, forward-looking business partner, translating initiatives into financial impact and ensuring decisions are grounded in data rather than intuition.
The business is driven at store level, making franchise and store economics central to overall performance. You build insight into store-level drivers, franchise profitability and network performance by analyzing franchisee P&Ls and creating clear benchmarks. Based on these insights, you identify improvement opportunities, support business reviews and play an active role in expansion decisions, including new store openings and financing structures. This ensures that growth is both commercially attractive and financially sound, while contributing to margin improvement across the network.
You play a key role in the planning and performance cycle across the Benelux. You coordinate budgeting and forecasting, analyze monthly performance and translate results into clear, decision-oriented insights. You strengthen KPI frameworks, improve management information and further develop the use of data and analytics to increase decision-making speed and quality. Beyond the cycle, you support business cases and strategic initiatives, including those related to digital growth and marketing, helping the business move from reporting outcomes to actively steering performance.
This role combines scale, pace and complexity in a way few finance roles do. You operate in a business where performance is driven daily at store level but steered centrally across a large franchise network. You work closely with senior leadership and influence decisions that directly impact margins, growth and network performance. It is a role where you move beyond reporting and actively shape how the business is steered.
You are a commercially minded finance professional who understands what drives performance and how operational decisions translate into financial results. Analytical depth is combined with a hands-on approach, enabling you to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and decisions need to be made quickly.
You engage proactively with the business and are confident in challenging stakeholders when needed. Bringing structure and clarity to complex situations, you translate data into clear, actionable insights and ensure these are followed through to real impact.
“You need to bring curiosity and the ambition to grow, but also the discipline to translate insights into action. This role gives you the opportunity to learn fast, take ownership and make a real impact on how we steer the business.”

For the financial year ending June 2025, DPE reported revenues of AUD 4.2 billion and operates more than 3,400 stores worldwide, of which over 1,300 are located in Europe. Business model and operations
Domino’s operates through a combination of franchise and corporate-owned stores, creating a dynamic environment where performance is driven locally but managed at scale. The business sits at the intersection of retail, logistics and digital ordering, with high transaction volumes, tight margins and a strong focus on operational execution.
A large share of orders flows through digital channels, making Domino’s a highly data-driven organization. This creates an environment where insights need to translate quickly into action and where financial steering plays a key role in daily decision-making.
Finance organization
The European headquarters is based in Nieuwegein, where the regional leadership and finance teams are located. From this hub, the European CFO oversees the Benelux, Germany and France.
The finance organization consists of Group Finance (Financial Control and FP&A), a Shared Service Center in Poland and local finance teams across the regions. In the Benelux, Business Controllers report directly to the CFO Europe and operate close to the business, playing a key role in translating performance into decision-making.
Culture and environment
Domino’s combines the pace and pragmatism of a retail-driven business with the scale of an international listed group. The culture is hands-on, direct and execution-focused, where ownership is expected and decisions are made quickly.
Teams work closely together across functions and geographies, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. The environment rewards initiative and offers room to grow, both within finance and across the broader organization. In a business where performance is visible every day, this creates a setting that is dynamic, commercial and highly relevant for finance professionals who want to be close to the action.
