Normec Life Safety is the largest and fastest-growing business line within Normec Group, operating across six countries and more than twenty business units in a regulated environment where compliance and reliability are critical.
With ongoing buy-and-build expansion, the organization is rapidly increasing in scale and complexity. This requires tighter financial control, consistent reporting and stronger data integrity across countries. In this context, you play a key role in building structure, improving transparency and enabling controlled, scalable growth.
In this role, you report directly to the Finance Director Life Safety and operate at the core of the control and reporting environment across the international portfolio. You ensure consistency, reliability and transparency in financial reporting, working closely with local finance teams across countries.
You combine hands-on responsibility with a strong focus on structure and standardization. You ensure smooth financial processes, timely and accurate reporting, and a consistent financial rhythm across all entities. You take ownership of the financial reporting structure, including the monthly closing cycle, and safeguard the integrity of the P&L, balance sheet and cash positions, supported by high-quality and consistent data. You also own and continuously improve management reporting and board packs for senior stakeholders.
You further develop and maintain the Tagetik reporting environment, ensuring reliable data flows and aligned reporting outputs across countries. By standardizing reporting formats and definitions, you improve comparability and strengthen financial insight and control.
Within budgeting and forecasting cycles, you ensure a structured and consistent approach across countries. You consolidate, validate and analyze financial data, identify key variances and underlying drivers, and bring clarity and structure to the numbers.
As newly acquired companies are integrated, you ensure reporting consistency, aligned data definitions and adherence to existing financial processes and cadence, supporting scalable and controlled international growth.
This role sits at the center of a rapidly scaling, international platform within Normec Group, offering direct exposure to multiple countries and a high level of complexity. You will operate in a setting where structure is continuously being built, giving you the opportunity to shape how financial processes and reporting are organized across the business line. The combination of scale, international scope and ongoing acquisitions makes this a role with a strong learning curve and visible impact. It is particularly well suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and wants to grow within a dynamic, buy-and-build environment.
You are a control-oriented finance professional with a strong technical foundation and a clear understanding of how financial data is structured. You assess data integrity with precision, recognize inconsistencies and understand the underlying accounting mechanics behind the numbers. You are comfortable working with financial statements and ensure that reporting is accurate, consistent and well-structured across entities.
You bring a hands-on and structured approach, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and process discipline. In an international environment that continues to evolve, you add clarity and stability to financial processes and reporting. You take ownership, ensure alignment across countries and contribute to building a scalable and well-controlled financial foundation.
