As (Group) Financial Controller, you will actively contribute to this journey and support the company’s international growth ambitions.
As a (Group) Financial Controller, you will be the right hand person to the Manager Finance & Control, working closely with the Group Business Controller and acting as the key day-to-day contact for the accounting team (6 FTE) within the Finance department. Together, you will help shape the financial backbone of the organization and ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
You will lead a team of 6 FTE within the finance administration, overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking activities and the preparation of financial reporting. During the month-end and year-end closings, you will take the lead in reviewing the numbers, safeguarding the quality of the financial administration and supporting the team on more complex accounting topics.
You are responsible for the periodic closings, financial reporting, external reporting and the group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and reliable financial information that supports both operational steering and strategic decision-making.
At group level, you will play an important role in the monthly consolidation, reviewing reporting packages from international entities, coordinating intercompany reconciliations and ensuring consistency in accounting policies and reporting standards across the group. With entities across Europe and Asia, the role has a strong international dimension and offers close interaction with finance teams across the organization.

• You hold a bachelor/master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics
• >5 years of relevant work experience as a Financial Controller or within Audit
• Knowledge of accounting regulations (RJ)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
