At this stage, financial steering becomes a strategic lever. Growth needs to be quantified before it scales. Trade-offs require clarity. Forecast reliability and cash visibility must strengthen as complexity increases. In that context, the Senior FP&A Lead sits at the center of how the business develops in its next phase.

Strategic Positioning 
In this position, you report directly to the CFO and act as his strategic sparring partner on performacombine objectivity with business acumen, acting as a trusted sparring partner across the organization. Within finance, you guide the junior FP&A analyst and elevate the overall analyticalnce and financial direction. As the organization evolves, finance shifts from explaining results to shaping outcomes. Your analysis underpins executive decision-making and informs investor dialogue. You translate strategic ambition into quantified consequences and ensure that key decisions are grounded in rigorous modelling rather than assumption. 
Financial Architecture
You own the forward-looking financial architecture of the organization. The integrated three-statement model, the rolling multi-year forecast and the scenario framework sit under your responsibility. Growth initiatives, headcount expansion, pricing decisions and investment choices are disciplined through coherent financial logic before they move forward. You model scenarios, stress-test assumptions and surface the trade-offs between revenue progression, margin development and cash impact.
Recurring Revenue & Performance Logic
Recurring revenue dynamics sit at the core of your steering approach. Retention, expansion, unit economics and margin evolution are analyzed at driver level and embedded directly into forecasting scenarios. You strengthen forecast reliability, sharpen cash visibility and elevate reporting from retrospective explanation to forward-looking insight. Where systems constrain clarity, you improve them. Where processes create friction, you professionalize them.
Business Partnering & Influence
You operate at the intersection of finance and strategy, bringing analytical rigor into commercial and operational discussions. You engage senior decision-makers directly, challenging assumptions constructively and ensuring that performance debates remain anchored in economic reality. You combine objectivity with business acumen, acting as a trusted sparring partner across the organization. Within finance, you guide the junior FP&A analyst and elevate the overall analytical standard.

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another analytical field
•    >6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Control or Financial Control
•    Proven experience within a SaaS or subscription-based business model
•    Strong modelling capabilities and experience with integrated forecasting and scenario analysis
•    Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, decision-oriented insights
•    Confident communicator with the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
•    Fluent in English
