As Redevco embarks on an exciting new chapter with growing its number of client mandates with a pan-European scope, the company is seeking an experienced Financial Fund Controller to provide expert financial oversight and drive operational excellence during this critical phase of growth.
As the Financial Fund Controller, you will play a key role in driving the financial success and operational efficiency of a newly established mandate, which will effectively be a fund, combining strategic oversight with hands-on financial leadership. Reporting directly to the Group Controller and working closely with diverse stakeholders including Head of Investment Management, Investment Directors and the Head of Global Client Group. you will significantly shape the fund's financial trajectory.
You will oversee the fund's financial integrity byensuring fund financial acumen, ensuring compliance with regulations and fund limitations, and leading the annual audit process. Additionally, you will manage relationships with third-party administrators while actively overseeing and preparing quarterly financial statements, investor reports, and capital statements, as well as handling capital calls and distributions. You will also maintain robust financial fund models, liquidity forecasts, and calculate fees and performance metrics.
Beyond these responsibilities, you will support fundraising efforts, and collaborate with the Investment team on critical deals.Your role will be essential in aligning investment structures with tax and legal recommendations, ensuring financial transparency and integrity across the fund.

You are an ambitious and experienced Fund Controller within the Real Estate sector, with exceptional financial acumen and a proven ability to hit the ground running. Your proactive approach to managing complex financial operations is complemented by your strong project management and financial reporting skills which enabling you to drive efficiency and ensure compliance across all financial processes. Additionally, your strong stakeholder management skills allow you to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In this high-performance role, you will manage the newly established fund of a high-value Pan-European Real Estate portfolio during a period of growth and restructuring.
