As Quatt enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for a proactive and energetic Senior Business Controller to join the finance team and contribute to the company’s continued success.

In this position, you report directly to the Head of Finance and work closely with the CFO, your colleague Business Controller, the Corporate Director, the Finance Team, and the commercial teams within Quatt. Together with your colleague in Business Control, you are responsible for the full P&L of Quatt. You are a true Business Partner, expanding the business control framework, managing the budgeting and forecasting cycles, and conducting ad hoc analyses. You provide insights, high-quality analyses, and recommendations that support the business and challenge them to take the right actions that add direct value. Your main focus can rotate over time. Additionally, you will be involved in future acquisitions, company valuations, due diligence, and strategic mergers and acquisitions, providing financial analyses and company valuations to support these processes.

Combining your analytical skills with your experience and affinity for data and tools, you will significantly contribute to implementing and monitoring a new set of KPIs, both financial and operational. You will work closely with the business and controlling teams to derive the right actions from these KPIs. This includes structuring financial, commercial, and operational data into a data warehouse and setting up insightful customized dashboards. You will deep dive into the figures, analyze the data, challenge the business to understand the underlying causes of variances and deviations, and ultimately uncover the true story behind the numbers.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy
• 5+ years of experience as an (Assistant) Business Controller or Financial Controller
• (Strong) knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Positive ‘can do and hands on’ attitude, collaborative approach and proactive in seeking solutions
• Analytical, data-driven and action-driven, eager to know what drives the figures and what the business impact is
• Ability to influence at all levels, build bridges and valuable relationships
• Strong in prioritizing and can adapt in a high-paced commercial setting
• Affinity with process improvement and implementation
