FP&A Specialist - ERIKS

We are looking for an ambitious and driven FP&A Analyst who is interested in making an impact during this next phase of growth. As part of the Group FP&A team you are at the forefront of the transition and get a chance to actively contribute to the further development of the Accelerate Strategy under new ownership.

The Group FP&A team, currently consisting of three professionals, is a young and specialized team with a lot of ambition and drive to have a true value-adding role within ERIKS. As part of the Group FP&A team, you work in a dynamic environment. You work closely together with the team, to provide in-depth management reporting to the Management Board and join in their monthly performance reviews with the countries. You support the execution of the strategic planning, forecasting, and annual target-setting process.  You deliver insights to the business based on market and trend analysis, support the business in making investment decisions and establish tracking of corporate initiative benefits.

The atmosphere in the team can be characterized as fast-paced and dynamic. Within the Group FP&A team each person is the dedicated liaison for several countries and central functions and will work on specific projects individually.  As the FP&A Specialist you will be there as the support of these processes. Because of the broad scope of the team, you will support each other when necessary, rotate over time to develop more broadly and work on strategic projects together.

In this role, you will provide insights into ERIKS’ financial performance to drive financial decision-making. You will be involved in several business cases and the Accelerate Programme. This strategic programme consists of several workstreams, in which key company drivers are improved.   • A completed Master’s degree in Finance, (Business) Economics, Accountancy
  • > 2 years of experience in FP&A, (Business) Control or Financial Advisory
  • Excellent communication  and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills using a pragmatic approach. Highly proficient at tools like Excel & Powerpoint. OneStream and/or PowerBi skills are nice to haves.
  • Team-player focused on delivering quality who is able to work collaboratively in (cross-functional) team dynamics
  • Self-starting professional who drives improvements where this is identified.
